Kieran Gibbs is about to leave England. The West Brom player is expected to join Inter Miami after the 2020-2021 season.
After 14 years in Premier League, Kieran Gibbs is about to take his first overseas challenge and move to Inter Miami CF. The player has been very constant, roaming English lawns for 14 years.
Trained at Arsenal, the English left-back spent 10 professional seasons in north London under the Gunners jersey. He played 230 games with his training club before moving to West Bromwich Albion in 2017. A regular in the Premier League, he enjoyed the Championship with the Baggies, although this season WBA has returned to England’s top flight.
At the end of the contract, the England international (10 games with the Three Lions jersey) seems ready to take up a new challenge by leaving his country. At 31, Gibbs will therefore join MLS as he has already reached a verbal agreement on a 2.5-year contract with Inter Miami. That would put an end to Marcelo’s possible signing rumors.
