Gotze can sign anywhere without a transfer fee

This summer, clubs are unlikely to be able to spend thousands and hundreds on the transfer market. All this is of course linked to the coronavirus crisis, the end of the championships, and therefore to the lack of liquidity of franchises around the world. The absence of games will force broadcasters not to pay their bills, as is already the case of BeIN Sports and ESPN+ in the US, among others.

Therefore, it will be necessary to be very clever during this period. Juventus is often cited as an example for its recruitments but for us, the club that needs to do those moves is our dear Inter Miami CF. During the last transfer window, the South Florida franchise has managed to bring Mattias Pellegrini and Rodolfo Pizzaro as their first two (out of three) designated players (DP). This summer, the Flamingos could hit hard.

Gotze is free this summer

Indeed, at the beginning of last week, we learned that many clubs were interested in Mario Götze, the German playmaker of Borussia Dortmund, who plays very little this season. At the end of the contract this summer and, apparently not in the plans of the Swiss coach of the Ruhr formation, Lucien Favre, the 2014 world champion with the Nationalmannschaft should pack up.

Bild explains to us that it would be Inter Miami who would be one of the interested parties in his recruitment and that he could come and take on the role of the star of David Beckham’s team next season. He could thus take up the torch from Pizzaro, and become the biggest star of Inter Miami CF.
